        •  Lumber revenues. Reforestation and sustainable forestry operations provide owners             with long-term revenue from trees harvested in a sustainable manner over a 20-25             year period. Net returns from teak reforestation, for example, are forecasted by many             to meet or even exceed the long-term expected return from the S&P 500 stock index.

        •  Land appreciation.
